The KimPro Tac-Mag is the ultimate 1911 .45 ACP magazine, and not just for Kimbers. They work with almost any brand of mil-spec 1911. Both seven and eight-round versions are available for full-size frames. KimPro Tac-Mags feature an exclusive quick change floorplate that allows the immediate attachment of any one of three included bases - stainless steel, slim bumper pad for carry or thick bumper pad for competition or use with extended magazine wells. Built for exceptional performance, they have all stainless steel construction and a Teflon coated stainless steel follower. Rocket Wire springs give 25% greater endurance limits than conventional springs, and large numbered round recognition holes read at a glance. A KimPro Tac-Mag makes any 1911 better.

I recently purchased a Kimber Pro Carry II in .45. I read some things about the factory mag (7 rd) that comes with the gun, that were not very positive so I looked around for something better. Wilson combat mag kept coming up but Kimber was recommending the KimPro Tac-Mag (8rd) so I thought I'd give them a try. Then I found them on the Armory web site for a bit more than half of what Kimber was asking for them so I bought four. I've been to the range only once so far but the mags and Kimber ran flawlessly. High quality, functionality, and very good price. What else is there?

These are great mags. Never shopped from The Armory before, but they were super quick and had great customer service. I will definitely buy from them again. Thanks.
As far as the mags go, I use them in my 4" and 5" kimber. I am sure they will fit other 1911's as well. Very good quality and they give you extra screws for the bumpers as well as an extra floor plate for the mag. I have used these before and never had any issue.

Bought the Kim Pro Tac-Mags full size .45ACP and have been very impressed with the quality and performance of these Mags. Have shot several hundred rds. of full metal jackets and various hollow points without any feeding problems. Would put this magazine up to the top of the list for performance, looks and quality. Will buy some more soon. The Armory's price on these are a great buy!

While I never carry a Kimber Firearm I do love their Magazines and have always had reliable service from them. I currently have a rough number of about 20 or so in mostly the 8 round model but just got the 7 rounders because of a compact 1911. Found Armory to have the best price for them(Even more so if you're bulk ordering) and I received them very quickly. I will be Ordering again

Vey well made, fit and finish is excellent and Kimber's spring technology makes for flawless function. Large count
holes with removable stainless base plate make for easy cleaning. I like the three slam pads option for quick release protection. I have the full size and compact mags for my 1911's. The Armory has the best prices for these on Web. These are a must buy mag!
