The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any payment to The Armory, Inc. indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall void any previous terms or conditions included with any order, whether or not a representative of The Armory, Inc, signed such terms or conditions. The Armory, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without any notice to our customers. Although The Armory, Inc. tries to ship any order that arrives the next business day, at times due to availability and the varying times UPS gets to our shipping docks, we cannot guarantee next-day shipment.


PAYMENTS:

We use a secure payment gateway to accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards online, we do not accept Discover or American Express. The Armory does not allow phone orders due to no secure way of obtain a credit card number over the phone. We do NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL AS A FORM OF PAYMENT or any other alternative payment gateways.


Due to card issuer chargeback policies, we may not ship to a different address than your credit card billing address without verifying the purchaser. Please email to customerservice5@the-armory.com a copy of your credit card (please block out expiration, CVV code and all account numbers except the LAST 4 and your name) and driver's license (please block out your license number) for verification and we will ship to your desired shipping address. Alternately, you may opt to ship to the billing address you provided.

If address verification for your card only returned a ZIP code match on your credit card. You may either:
1. Email to customerservice5@the-armory.com a copy of your credit card (you may block out all numbers except the last 4 and your name) and driver's license for verification and we will ship to desired shipping address,
2. Verify with your card issuer (not us-we do not have the ability to see the street address on file for your credit card) the street address on file and resubmit this order. If you wish to resubmit, then this order will be cancelled and your card refunded/card authorization voided.
** Please note that if you have a numbered street as part of your address, your card issuer may have it on file a the numbered street as a word (i.e. Fourth St vs. 4th St) or the numbered street listed on the "Address 2" line and the house number listed on the "Address 1" line. Entering this all on the same line would cause a ZIP match only as opposed to a full address match. **

RETURNS:

Unopened products may be returned within 15 calendar days of product delivery date. Prior to returning any item, you must contact The Armory, Inc for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which will be posted in writing to your Order Status. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of your notification of our receiving of your shipment. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund and a restocking fee may apply. Specific policies for special categories of products are listed below.

Firearms – All firearms must be sent to a FFL dealer or, if eligible, a C&R licensee. If any firearm is returned without a RMA# in writing on the Order Status, it will be refused and will not be refunded. Handguns must ship by next-day air service or USPS Priority Mail. Rifles will normally ship by FedEx or UPS Ground.

Ammunition – Ammunition carries special product liability and must be considered used once sold. Unless The Armory, Inc. is at fault for shipping the wrong product, ammunition will not be accepted for return. In order for the return to be accepted, all ammunition must be is its original, undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of the package, The Armory, Inc. will inspect the products and determine if the package meets the requirements for a refund.

Optics (i.e. Scopes and Binoculars) – Optics which are opened will incur a 20% restocking fee. We must charge this because once opened the item is assumed used and cannot be sold as new due to health standards. We must sell the item as used at a significantly lower price then our retail price.

All other opened products may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of product delivery date if returned in original condition, with all original contents and packaging material. These products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of The Armory, Inc. Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts or original packing materials will not be accepted for refund or restocking. If the item purchased came with Free Shipping a return shipping charge will be assessed before crediting back the return.

All returns must accompany original packaging including UPC barcode symbols. If for any reason the packaging is missing the refund may be rejected at The Armory, Inc. discretion.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# must be indicated on the outside of the box. The RMA# will be listed on your Order Status. If an item is sent without an RMA identification tag a 20% restocking fee will apply. MERCHANDISE DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING:

On occasion, merchandise may be damaged or lost in shipping. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and notify The Armory, Inc and the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) of the discrepancy. All orders are shipped insured and claims will be covered BY THE CARRIER.  At your preference, we can initiate the claim process with the carrier.  Carriers have their own respective procedures and timelines for completing claims and may require additional information such as statements and photographs as part of the investigation process.  TIMELINE FOR COMPLETING A CLAIM WILL VARY depending on carrier workload/volume and complexity of the claim.  In the event that a claim is denied, you may request a dispute to review the claim.  Selecting the Signature Required option at check-out is highly recommended to minimize the risk of package loss and ability to document damage upon delivery.  We can not process a refund or replacement until the claim process is complete!  Pursuing a credit card chargeback in parallel with a claim may constitute fraud in your locality and is a violation of our terms of service and may also result in your card issuer terminating their account with you.  An active chargeback would preclude us from being able to issue a refund or replacement.  We reserve the right to assess a $15 fee against your account for a frivolous chargeback to reimburse the $15 fee that we have to pay our card merchant services for any chargeback.


WARRANTIES:

You have up to 15 calendar days from the receipt of your merchandise to inspect and request a return authorization as necessary. Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty and warranty repair or replacement should be handled directly through the manufacturer.


RECEIPT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS:

During the ordering process we give you the choice to ship your package with or without a signature required. If you request signature required and are unable to coordinate with the Carrier to receive the order, and the package is returned to The Armory, Inc. after three failed delivery attempts (FedEX and UPS will leave a door tag for you to contact to arrange pickup at your local terminal), you will be charged for shipping both ways. If you wish for us to re-send the merchandise, you will incur a new shipping charge. If you choose to have your packaged shipped without a signature required, you will be accepting full responsibility for your package once Fedex or UPS shows it as delivered. We will NOT file a claim or reimburse you for any loss if you do not receive your package.


ORDER CANCELLATION:

The Armory, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice to the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Armory, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Armory, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Armory, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been boxed and prepared with shipping labels. Although we will try our best, if the item has been boxed it becomes extremely difficult to sort through our large volume of shipments to find the correct box. If the order ships before we can process your cancellation, you will be charged any shipping and return shipping fees.


SHIPPING:

Shipping will be via the method requested by the customer as available on our website. Please note that all ammunition and hazardous materials must ship UPS or FedEX Ground. Previous day’s orders are uploaded by 9am EST on the following business day (i.e. an order placed a 10pm EST on the 22nd will be uploaded for processing at 9am EST on the 23rd). Any Internet order not received by 9am EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You, the customer will receive notification of any orders that include a backordered item via the Order Status Board. Your order may be held in backorder status pending receipt of backordered items at the discretion of The Armory, Inc. unless otherwise notified. For products that may be discontinued by manufacturers, your order will ship without the product and shipping charge will be adjusted. We ship to all 50 states.

Any free shipping offer only applies to the 48 US Contiguous States. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.

All firearms MUST be shipped to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer.

Ammunition cannot be shipped to HI; MA (except licensed dealers); Washington, D.C.; Cook Co./Chicago, IL (except licensed dealers); NY (except licensed dealers); CA (except licensed dealers). Make sure ammunition is lawful to be received in your locality prior to submitting orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these standards. All ammunition must be shipped via ground.

While we make every attempt to comply with Federal, State and Local laws, you, the customer, are ultimately responsible for determining the local legalities of the product you are ordering, i.e. pepper spray, ammunition magazines, etc.

If the delivery address is changed once the package has left our office, and the package has not been delivered, the customer will be charged a redirection fee of $15.00 PLUS any additional shipping costs incurred by the courier to deliver the package from it's current location to your new location.

All refused shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping to and from.
