KImber Custom II (5/5) | Jan 11, 2011 | Philly Cop | Virginia Beach VA US |
Picked it up last month at the Armory. Great gun at a good price. No jams, ftf's or stovepipes, unlike some of the so-called "venerable legends" that I' used to own! Kimber is the way to go!

KImber Custom II (5/5) | Sep 20, 2012 | Danilo A. Badua | American Canyon Ca US |
The Kimber Custom II is the best production 1911 gun I ever had the experience of owning. Straight out of the box she is perfect in fit and function. I have had other brands of 1911s before, and the Kimber is way above in quality. I highly recommend it for both first time buyers and the more seasone collector.

Finest in 30+ years (5/5) | Mar 30, 2014 | Martin Ferrencz | Windber PA US |
This is one of the finest weapons I have owned in my 30+ years of owning and carrying them. Accuracy and action is flawless from the factory. However, the trigger was a bit heavy for my liking. Unfortunately, Kimber would not bring the trigger down to where I demand (2.75#'s) even for my carry weapons. Contrary to popular opinion, my accuracy under stress suffers significantly above 3.5#'s. The quality overall was impeccable overall. Other than the trigger, which is my preference only, I have had ZERO issues in well over a year. I have the stainless and it is a beautiful looking weapon!

Kimber Ten II (4/5) | Jul 12, 2005 | William Wilson Jr | Kempner Te US |
I was leary when I first bought this gun. I was not use to a M1911 style pistol. I read the instruction manuel and learned that Kimber Ten II needes a 400-500 Round break in period. After the 500 round I nad no problems with the gun or its fuctions. I'm not the greatest shot in Texas but I got a 3" shot group at 25' right out of the box. I had only one feed malfunction while breaking in the gun. I think its better then sliced bread. Great gun great value, great shooting.

Kimber Custom II (4/5) | Apr 25, 2012 | Steven N. Brooks | Citrus Heights Ca US |
This is one of the finest "out of the box" handgun I've ever purchased. Sadly I did not go through this company and I live in CA. which might be an issue. It is quite equal with Sig Sauer or Para Ordnance, if not better. These are all very fine top of the line guns. Kimber has a great reputation which is completely justly deserved. The "only" thing I could possibly do to improve this gun is a very, very fine "trigger job"; any other work would be for "looks", not function. If you are looking for a great 1911 .45 A.C.P. pick a Kimber, you will be very pleased. |

yea currently in Iraq and im on my way home in JAN 4th. I seen this gun and just had to get it. hey if there is anyone who will tell me if this modle is single stack or dubble. im looking for the extras so let me know where to find them. *****The Kimber custom two is a traditional 1911 45 ACP which has a single stack magazine. Jeff you might wanna try the forum or e-mailing us direct instead of using the product review for asking questions http://www.the-armory.com/phpbb3/index.php ***** |
