Everyone who has shot this gun has immediately fallen in love with it. Definately the smoothest .45 I have ever shot. I know two people going and buying their own after shooting it one weekend. Definately THE 1911 to own.

Kimber Custom II: Great intro for first time 1911 buyers. (5/5) | May 22, 2008 | Anonymous | NYC NY US |
My first 1911 and DEFINITELY not my LAST. I've shot several of my friends' 1911s and was bit by the 1911 bug. The Custom II is my first, and ENJOY firing it VERY much. Have put 1000+ rounds through it w/only one glitch, the factory mag had several FTF. I'm using CMC Powerags and Cobramags now. I replaced the factory mag spring and follower with Tripp Research Super 7 kit and no FTF since. Definitely recommend for first time buyers. Has the bell and whistles for a decent price.

KImber Custom II (5/5) | Sep 20, 2012 | Danilo A. Badua | American Canyon Ca US |
The Kimber Custom II is the best production 1911 gun I ever had the experience of owning. Straight out of the box she is perfect in fit and function. I have had other brands of 1911s before, and the Kimber is way above in quality. I highly recommend it for both first time buyers and the more seasone collector.

yea currently in Iraq and im on my way home in JAN 4th. I seen this gun and just had to get it. hey if there is anyone who will tell me if this modle is single stack or dubble. im looking for the extras so let me know where to find them. *****The Kimber custom two is a traditional 1911 45 ACP which has a single stack magazine. Great 1911 (5/5) | Sep 15, 2006 | John Darrell Speer | Munford AL US |
I've owned a bunch of colts, several Springfield's, a Norinco, and a Para P-14. The Colt Combat Target Model was a very good 1911 as well as my highly modified P-14. The Kimber is very tight, doesn't jam, and is very accurate. |

Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Apr 15, 2008 | Keith Burch | Yucaipa US |
Best of the best. As a previous reviewer stated about others shooting his Kimber and then going out to purchase one. This has happened with several of my friends also. Will be purchasing several more in my lifetime. It is that good!

Finest in 30+ years (5/5) | Mar 30, 2014 | Martin Ferrencz | Windber PA US |
This is one of the finest weapons I have owned in my 30+ years of owning and carrying them. Accuracy and action is flawless from the factory. However, the trigger was a bit heavy for my liking. Unfortunately, Kimber would not bring the trigger down to where I demand (2.75#'s) even for my carry weapons. Contrary to popular opinion, my accuracy under stress suffers significantly above 3.5#'s. The quality overall was impeccable overall. Other than the trigger, which is my preference only, I have had ZERO issues in well over a year. I have the stainless and it is a beautiful looking weapon!

Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Jan 22, 2007 | Mike Boswell Rm1 USNR/Ret | Cape Girardeau Mi US |
This is the most flawlessly perfect handgun I have ever not only owned, but fired. I would compare this with any .45ACP on the market. I just cannot find anything negative to say about it. A real work of art. |
