Kimber Ten II (4/5) | Jul 12, 2005 | William Wilson Jr | Kempner Te US |
I was leary when I first bought this gun. I was not use to a M1911 style pistol. I read the instruction manuel and learned that Kimber Ten II needes a 400-500 Round break in period. After the 500 round I nad no problems with the gun or its fuctions. I'm not the greatest shot in Texas but I got a 3" shot group at 25' right out of the box. I had only one feed malfunction while breaking in the gun. I think its better then sliced bread. Great gun great value, great shooting.

Kimber Custom II (4/5) | Apr 25, 2012 | Steven N. Brooks | Citrus Heights Ca US |
This is one of the finest "out of the box" handgun I've ever purchased. Sadly I did not go through this company and I live in CA. which might be an issue. It is quite equal with Sig Sauer or Para Ordnance, if not better. These are all very fine top of the line guns. Kimber has a great reputation which is completely justly deserved. The "only" thing I could possibly do to improve this gun is a very, very fine "trigger job"; any other work would be for "looks", not function. If you are looking for a great 1911 .45 A.C.P. pick a Kimber, you will be very pleased. |

Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Feb 12, 2006 | Scott Ingram | Spokane Wa US |
I bought this Kimber 1911 45 acp handgun better then 3 years ago. I will never buy any other brand of hand gun. As far as i am concerned this gun is the best on the market. You get the power of a 45 cal. with the recoil of a 22 cal. Straight out of the box i had a tight 2" grouping with the first 21 shots at 25 feet out, since then my groups have gotten tighter at ranges of 50 feet and greater. I highly recomend this firearm to anyone that likes accuracy and dependability. |

Love it (5/5) | Mar 18, 2006 | Ron Thompson | Catlettsburg KY US |
I have owned Browning HP's, several S&W's 9mms, Bersa, Ruger and shot Thompson Auto Ordanance 45's as well as Springfields. None compare in accuracy, and reliability compared to the Kimber Custom II. I love it. I carry it in a Fobus holster. It has the best out of box trigger and never misfeeds. I can puch out the centers all day, lucky to get the others in the paper at 30'. I had alway wanted a Kimber and my wife bought me this one for my Birthday, it is perfect. What a woman and gun. |

KImber Custom II (5/5) | Jan 11, 2011 | Philly Cop | Virginia Beach VA US |
Picked it up last month at the Armory. Great gun at a good price. No jams, ftf's or stovepipes, unlike some of the so-called "venerable legends" that I' used to own! Kimber is the way to go!

Fabulous (5/5) | Jul 18, 2008 | Noel Driver | New Castle in US |
I've put about 500 rounds thru my Custom II, with no issues. The finest weapon I've ever owned or shot. The range I use is outdoors @ 75 ft. Put 95% of rounds in the torso and head on a standard sillouhette. I'd recommend this handgun to anyone without batting an eye.

Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Jan 22, 2007 | Mike Boswell Rm1 USNR/Ret | Cape Girardeau Mi US |
This is the most flawlessly perfect handgun I have ever not only owned, but fired. I would compare this with any .45ACP on the market. I just cannot find anything negative to say about it. A real work of art. |

Finest in 30+ years (5/5) | Mar 30, 2014 | Martin Ferrencz | Windber PA US |
This is one of the finest weapons I have owned in my 30+ years of owning and carrying them. Accuracy and action is flawless from the factory. However, the trigger was a bit heavy for my liking. Unfortunately, Kimber would not bring the trigger down to where I demand (2.75#'s) even for my carry weapons. Contrary to popular opinion, my accuracy under stress suffers significantly above 3.5#'s. The quality overall was impeccable overall. Other than the trigger, which is my preference only, I have had ZERO issues in well over a year. I have the stainless and it is a beautiful looking weapon! |
