Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Apr 15, 2008 | Keith Burch | Yucaipa US |
Best of the best. As a previous reviewer stated about others shooting his Kimber and then going out to purchase one. This has happened with several of my friends also. Will be purchasing several more in my lifetime. It is that good!

Finest in 30+ years (5/5) | Mar 30, 2014 | Martin Ferrencz | Windber PA US |
This is one of the finest weapons I have owned in my 30+ years of owning and carrying them. Accuracy and action is flawless from the factory. However, the trigger was a bit heavy for my liking. Unfortunately, Kimber would not bring the trigger down to where I demand (2.75#'s) even for my carry weapons. Contrary to popular opinion, my accuracy under stress suffers significantly above 3.5#'s. The quality overall was impeccable overall. Other than the trigger, which is my preference only, I have had ZERO issues in well over a year. I have the stainless and it is a beautiful looking weapon!

KImber Custom II (5/5) | Jan 11, 2011 | Philly Cop | Virginia Beach VA US |
Picked it up last month at the Armory. Great gun at a good price. No jams, ftf's or stovepipes, unlike some of the so-called "venerable legends" that I' used to own! Kimber is the way to go!

Kimber Custom II (5/5) | Feb 12, 2006 | Scott Ingram | Spokane Wa US |
I bought this Kimber 1911 45 acp handgun better then 3 years ago. I will never buy any other brand of hand gun. As far as i am concerned this gun is the best on the market. You get the power of a 45 cal. with the recoil of a 22 cal. Straight out of the box i had a tight 2" grouping with the first 21 shots at 25 feet out, since then my groups have gotten tighter at ranges of 50 feet and greater. I highly recomend this firearm to anyone that likes accuracy and dependability. |

Kimber Custom II: Great intro for first time 1911 buyers. (5/5) | May 22, 2008 | Anonymous | NYC NY US |
My first 1911 and DEFINITELY not my LAST. I've shot several of my friends' 1911s and was bit by the 1911 bug. The Custom II is my first, and ENJOY firing it VERY much. Have put 1000+ rounds through it w/only one glitch, the factory mag had several FTF. I'm using CMC Powerags and Cobramags now. I replaced the factory mag spring and follower with Tripp Research Super 7 kit and no FTF since. Definitely recommend for first time buyers. Has the bell and whistles for a decent price.

Fabulous (5/5) | Jul 18, 2008 | Noel Driver | New Castle in US |
I've put about 500 rounds thru my Custom II, with no issues. The finest weapon I've ever owned or shot. The range I use is outdoors @ 75 ft. Put 95% of rounds in the torso and head on a standard sillouhette. I'd recommend this handgun to anyone without batting an eye.

Great 1911 (5/5) | Sep 15, 2006 | John Darrell Speer | Munford AL US |
I've owned a bunch of colts, several Springfield's, a Norinco, and a Para P-14. The Colt Combat Target Model was a very good 1911 as well as my highly modified P-14. The Kimber is very tight, doesn't jam, and is very accurate. |

Kimber Ten II (4/5) | Jul 12, 2005 | William Wilson Jr | Kempner Te US |
I was leary when I first bought this gun. I was not use to a M1911 style pistol. I read the instruction manuel and learned that Kimber Ten II needes a 400-500 Round break in period. After the 500 round I nad no problems with the gun or its fuctions. I'm not the greatest shot in Texas but I got a 3" shot group at 25' right out of the box. I had only one feed malfunction while breaking in the gun. I think its better then sliced bread. Great gun great value, great shooting. |
