This is all brass, no silicon coating, boxer primer FMJBT American made quality ammo. The same ammo we use for training at the PD range. I've never had a defunct round and the ammo is accurate. Goes bang every time and hits your aim point. The great part is it's the same price as 1000 rounds of lower quality steel case silicon coated foreign ammo.

The only "downside" is the bulk packaging, which I don't really see as a downside, because it's easier to load since you don't have to mess 20 round box packaging. So far I've observed no rounds damaged in shipping in the bulk packaging, so I'm not really seeing that as a downside at all, especially considering the price. (I paid $339)
