I checked and rechecked to make sure this wasn't a used gun. Great deal on a great quality pistol, and great communication with folks at the-armory.com. Tossed the junk mag Kimber sends, swapped it for Wilson 47d's. Ran the first box through without a hiccup. After a few more, it'll be good to carry on duty.

The Kimber Pro Carry II is the perfect balance between a full size Government sized 1911 and a small Officer sized grip. I wanted a high quality concealed carry pistol but most guns I handled had a grip that was too short. The Pro Carry has a full size grip with a compact barrel - exactly what I as looking for. I've put exactly 400 rounds of ammo through the gun with no failures. I can confidently carry this gun knowing it will work if I ever need it to.
