The company had the ammo in stock and the cost was very reasonable, they did not try to gouge on the price. My order shipped quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The ammo I received is, thankfully, has the older style DPX bullet which is much better in my opinion than the "new improved" version of the DPX bullet which has a shallower and wider cavity in the hollow point. In my testing this new bullet has greater expansion than the older version (which it didn't need-expansion was already superb) and less penetration which is not good. This is a logical result as bullets that expand more generally don't penetrate as much. Don't know why the manufacturer would take an excellent performing bullet and change it for the worse! But I'm very happy The Armory shipped me the older style bullet!
