I have carried and fired this 1911 for 4+ years. With the 3 inch barrel and slim design it is perfect for concealed carry. My wife shoots a LCP, but the first time at the range with my Kimber, I convinced her to at least to fire a mag through the Kimber. After the 1st mag, she asked for another. I did not get my Kimber back the rest of the day. My wife is petite and weighs about 110 pounds. Moral: This Kimber fires so well, it will fit the hand of a warrior or maiden.
