| The Springfield Custom Loaded 1911's present quite possibly the greatest bang for buck factor on the market today. Kimber has nothing on this pistol and easily costs nearly twice as much. I purchased the 5 inch parkerized version and it has yet to malfunction through over 200 rounds of various ammos. Reliability, accuracy, and custom quality never came with a $700 price tag before now. | ||||

| Very accurate out of the box, but have had some feeding problems with first 50 rounds, round nose winchester. Hope it just needs breaking in. | ||||

| wow first shot with new gun dead bulls eye. did have some failures to load but took gun home and cleaned access oils then next time at range no more ftl's. nice heavy gun absorbs recoil well which allows for easy one handed shooting | ||||

| Awesome firearm, its price alone knocks Kimber out of contention. Had a trigger job done to reduce pull to 3lb and run Chip McCormack mags, gun needs nothing else! | ||||
