Springfield Armory XD 45ACP

It looks like Springfield Armory has finally got it right.
Marie, how much are these? And they are also rumored to be releasing a tactical model. That is probably the one that I will be more interested in. I am thinking that these will sell as fast as you (or any dealer) can get them.

Thanks, now I'll get millions of calls on that pistol and haven't had one inkling of when it might be available. It is listed on The Armory's Gallery of Guns - but says "Allocated" Bill and I will be attending a dealer show in January out in Louisville KY and hope to get advance info right from Springfield out there. We'll see. They told us two years ago that the Scout Pistols would be available. I still had my original order sheet last year and the Springfield rep couldn't really say anything! Don't think those will ever appear. I do know that a LOT of people were really disappointed when the first XD 45 GAP came out. I'll let you know what I find out. Marie

I have the new XD45 and I love it. So much better than the Rossi revolver I've been lugging around.
