my granfather brought home a type 38 from ww2 and it has been in the family for years, well hurricane katrina kinda ruined it, and im going to restore it for my grandma for christmas along with the info on the gun and the story of my grandpas time with the marines in the pacific all done on parchment paper, framed as a comemeration to my grandpa.
anyway i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to steam a stock to get the dents out, my 2 uncles were hard on this rifle when they were growing up
