I am looking for anyone who has experience in loading the 7.5x55mm.
You'll find lots of experience with the rifles and loading @ surplusrifle.com. If you are interested in shooting cast there's no better place than gunloads.com/cast boolits. Both of these sites have considerable information concering the rifles and the rounds.
You can get brass and dies (other than Lee) from Buffaloarms.com.
