what is best ?

what is best ammo for carry with sig 226 ? I have heard it is federal hydrashok. Is this true?

Hydra-Shoks are what I carry, but I know a lot of people (including quite a few police deparments) carry Speer Gold-Dots. Ultimately, both are excellent self defense rounds and I don't think you can go wrong with either.

PS - I'm not that knowledgable on ammo for the most part..... if anyone knows better, pipe up.
