Can a Non-resident apply for a Virginia handgun permit...

I live in new york and have a carry permit but also posess a connecticut permit.. can the same be done in virginia ?

you would have to look at packing.org to see if any of your current permits have 'recipricosity' or some big work like that ;) if not you'll have to file for non-resident.
