Out of State Buyer

I was wondering, I live in FL. and will be visiting my brother in a couple of weeks. The Armory has the gun I want, p239 sas, with the best price I have seen on the internet. I am also looking for a p229 sas. Can I purchase a gun legally in VA with a FL drivers license. Can I pay for it online and pick it up in VA? Thanks for any help.
