Why No Advance Notice of Required Signature Delivery?

The Armory is the second place from which I have tried to order some bulk ammo, only to find out AT DELIVERY TIME that UPS will not deliver without a signature.
I would never have spent two minutes ordering from The Armory if it said anywhere a signature was required. And this is not a UPS thing -- it's the Armory's policy. I get cases and cases of trap loads from Bass Pro Shops, Gamaliel's, and bulk ammo from Cabela's all delivered by UPS without a required signature.
No one is here during the day. My wife and I both put in twelve hour days! I don't object to The Armory requiring a signature for delivery, but I DO object to not knowing about it in advance.
Also - try finding a contact phone number on the website.
Just don't understand this crap as a customer.
