Marie,

could I mount a handle to the handguard of the PLR-16, much like they do to the forgrip of an Colt M4? I am trying to find out what the BATF regulations would be for this pistol.

Putting a forward grip on a PLR-16 without an approved ATF tax stamp for making a short-barreled rifle is a felony.
