Talked to my rep at Kimber yesterday and he says that the Kimber TLE/RL that I have on order now should be in the store in two weeks. Only problem is that one is already sold. Now I'll have to put another on order and see how long that one takes to get in. Marie

We've had them in stock but very few and far between. Kimber is having a hard time keeping up with the demand for that pistol. Apparently a lot of law enforcement agencies are buying them up too.

Hm, we've sold a lot of the Corbon ammo and I've never had anyone say that they had problems with it. Wonder what's going on. Corbon did come out with a PowRball ammo with a polymer ball over the hollow point so that it would feed more reliably in some firearms. I'm definitely NOT the ballistics exp...

Amazing how many products that are advertised heavily a YEAR before they even plan to get any out, never get to dealer's shelves. We're still waiting for the Springfield Scout 410 Pistol! Sorry about the 17/22 but Ruger does have a nice 77 in 17. One of our employees bought a New England Firearm Spo...

Nope, can't find anything on my major Ruger Distributor's website. We've had the 77 in 17 HMR. Nice rifle. I wonder what's happened to the 10/22? I'll check up on it for you. Marie

I love my Ruger Mark II and can't wait to get a Walther P22 to actually shoot. Kimber does make a really nice 22 but kind of pricey.

Apparently there was also some controversy about the 5.7 round being armor piercing. I just read in the new Firearms Business that the ATF has declared that it is NOT. That might be why the ammo has been in such short supply lately. Maybe now we'll be able to get more in. Just sold my last pistol an...

S.H.O.T. Show News

Well, we made it back from Sin City, Las Vegas! Hopefully we'll get caught up on emails and orders very shortly. Hard to ship out products and answer emails when you're running around the SHOT Show looking at all sorts of new products and looking for great deals to pass on to customers, etc. etc. If...

Hi, I'm not the ballistics expert :) but I do know that we've sold quite a few of the FN 5 7 pistols and everyone seems to be happy with them. The ammo is fairly easy to get and we should have a couple of the pistols and some of the ammo in stock. Marie

:) Yeah, we're hoping to do that soon when we get a chance. We hid it purposefully so that we could see how it went without the spammers :x finding us quickly.

Carry Pistol

I would also say go with the Glock. It's an affordable handgun that can be used at the range and for carry. There are three different models in most of the calibers, depending on your preferences and hand size. For the folks who just don't like the "plastic" guns you might try a Kahr pistol. They ar...
