Did you get a call from someone looking for a PLR-16? I sent someone your way that is an out of town buyer but he has his FFL and money lined up.

You need to sell that 4586 FAST! I see atleast 2 things in that list that I don't think that I can live without.

I had not heard that there was anything of the sort even being proposed, but I agree that it needs to be done. This state to state crap is ridiculous.

How difficult is it to install a FF rail system on an M4? Is removing the barrel and re-headspacing such a big deal or extremely difficult?
