I wonder why Kilgore won't answer or reply to the VCDL Survey. Is VCDL too outspoken on concealed carry for Kilgore? :?:
I mentioned the unanswered survey in a letter to Kilgore and got a letter in reply about his progun efforts, but no word about the survey..
